Seghesio Family Vineyards and Chef Peter Janiak are featured in the November issue of Sunset Magazine in an article by Sara Schneider entitled “Dare to Break the Seafood Rule: Howe to make red wine fish’s best friend”! The article features Chef Peter’s advice on pairing red wine with seafood as well as his recipe for Black Cod with Red Cabbage and Pomegranate Brown Butter paired with the 2011 Barbera and 2009 Venom from Seghesio.
